Board Meeting

The Club 12 board meeting is held in person the last Thursday of every month, at 6:00pm in the Conference Room at Club 12. See map below.

Any member of Club 12 may attend the board meeting as an observer, except when an executive session is called. If a member has a proposal or other issue to discuss with the board, they must present it in writing, as a request, two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.
